1. How can I make a request for a quote?

You can easily request a quote through our online shop by selecting the products you’re interested in and submitting your request. Alternatively, you can send us an email with the details of your desired products, especially if you require custom-made moulds.

2. Is the quote request binding?

No, the quote request is completely non-binding. You are free to decide whether or not to proceed after receiving the quote.

3. How long does it take to receive a quote?

We aim to provide you with a detailed quote, including shipping costs and delivery times, within 2 business days.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept payments via bank wire transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments through PayPal or credit cards at this time.

5. Are all products in stock?

Most of our products are readily available in large quantities. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you in the quote, along with an estimated restocking time.

6. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped as soon as we receive your payment. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once the shipment is on its way.

7. Are shipping costs included in the product price?

No, shipping costs are calculated separately and included in the quote we send you. We offer the most competitive shipping costs without any profit margin.

8. Can I cancel my request or order?

Since the quote request is non-binding, you are free to cancel at any time before confirming your order and making the payment. Once you approve the quote and confirm the order, you are obligated to complete the purchase and make payment.
