DURABLE MOULD CONSTRUCTION

We use only high-quality materials to ensure the longevity and reliability of our moulds. The robust mould construction made from thick carbon steel can withstand intensive use and harsh conditions. In addition, the corner pieces of the moulds are hot dip galvanized, which significantly improves their corrosion resistance. As these corner pieces are the parts that are used the most intensively, they are available for purchase separately in our shop (as opposed to our competitors, who weld the corner parts to the mould). This, again, saves a lot of money. There´s no need to buy a new mould when the corners get damaged or worn, and no need for repair by intensive grinding that often don’t even yield the best results.

One of the most notable features of BETONMOULDS is our extensive range of inserts, which can be used to make different block shapes. The versatility of our moulds make them an ideal choice for various construction needs. We are constantly expanding our product range, including unique options such as the patented Jersey barrier mould and L-shaped block inserts. This stresses our advantages as the market leader in modular moulds. Where traditional manufacturers offer solid mould constructions to boost their sales, we sell inserts – to offer our users versatility and help them save money. All block shapes can be produced with a single mould and a set of inserts.

When designing our products, we think of the tiniest details. For instance, the flat top plate comes with two additional small plates used to compensate for the height of the concrete block produced. As a result, the flat block will have the same height as the basic block; with the possibility to use a single divider plate for both blocks (as opposed to traditional brands, who require the use of a special divider).

The patented retaining wall insert, on the other hand, comes with two divider plates by default. These dividers allow customers to produce seven different sizes of retaining wall blocks using a single insert. This flexibility lets you adapt to varying project requirements without the need for additional equipment or moulds.

Our inserts can also be seamlessly integrated into moulds of our sister brand BLOCK MOULDS, offering a cross-compatible solution for those who may already be using BLOCK MOULDS products.
