Shipping rates and delivery times are based on the destination and order size and will be provided in the quote you receive.

4. What are the estimated delivery times?

Europe: 3–7 business days

Other destinations: Weekly international shipments

5. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, customers can pick up their orders from our warehouse in Avenhorn, the Netherlands. Please mention this preference when requesting a quote.

6. Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive frequent updates regarding the progress of the shipment. For EU deliveries we can supply a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery status.
