Concrete plants supply ready-mixed concrete, also known as in-situ concrete or transport concrete. When delivering concrete to construction sites, concrete plants face situations where ready-mixed concrete cannot be processed at the time of delivery. APPLICATIONS FOR RESIDUAL CONCRETE

Concrete residues are also poured out to harden, before being crushed and processed into granules to use as aggregate or in other applications. This allows the plant to produce concrete stacking blocks that have a wide range of uses as modular building blocks. The bottom of the concrete block has recesses and the top has studs. This allows the blocks to be stacked seamlessly on top of each other, following the same principle as building bricks for children.
The possibilities are endless and no mortar is needed to fix the concrete blocks together. The concrete blocks are also used as retaining walls for separating dry bulk goods such as sand and gravel.
Moulds for concrete slabs are used for paving. Excellent for lorries and shovels to drive on. The concrete slabs are easy to place and remove, making the paving highly adjustable.
